How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please include your transaction order ID in the subject line as “Request and Refund” and describe the issues you are facing in your email. In some cases, you may be required to provide proof, and we will also share proof of our work and observations to explain our decision transparently.

Refund Conditions

  1. Technical Issues:

    • We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to assist you first.
    • If we are unable to resolve your issue within 24 hours, we will issue a refund.
    • Our live support is always available to help.
  2. Time Frame for Refunds:

    • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
    • After 24 hours, no full refunds can be processed.
    • In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days due to external payment provider delays.
  3. Partial Refunds:

    • Full refunds are only available for purchases made within 24 hours.
    • If the subscription has been used beyond this period, a partial refund will be issued based on the time used.
    • Our support team will contact users regarding partial refunds.
  4. Processing Time:

    • Refunds typically take 1 to 20 working days to process.
    • This timeline is controlled by payment processors, not us.
    • We will initiate the refund as soon as we verify the request and user details.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • User is unable to set up their device:

    • We provide full support for setup and troubleshooting. However, we are not responsible for the user’s personal device issues, hardware limitations, or incorrect configurations.
  • Channels freeze, buffer, or are temporarily down:

    • Our servers are stable, but some channels may experience temporary downtime due to:
      • Customer internet fluctuations
      • Device or app issues
      • ISP restrictions
      • Temporary server maintenance
  • Customer changes their mind after purchase:

    • Refunds are not granted if a customer simply decides to withdraw or switch servers.
